May we introduce ourselves: We are the gyms of Heidelberg! Since summer 2011 we are also members of ELSA Heidelberg and we are so proud to play such an important part of the NCM 2012 in Heidelberg. Our way from being just three normal gyms to becoming three extraordinary ELSA Heidelberg members wasn’t always easy…

At the beginning there were approximately 50 other gyms and we had to fight a lot – but finally: we made it! Why they chose us? Well, that is quite simple: Beside the fact that we can host about 250 students – by “living” in our walls, you stay three nights directly in the heart of Heidelberg! Wonderful, isn’t it? Of course we can also provide some showers, some lavatories – all hopefully working well.

Everything started in May 2011 – our first tries of “getting together” were very chaotic and not so much fun. But after a short “getting warm”-term, thousands of mails, hundreds of euros spent in telephoning bills, etc. it is done and it is our pleasure to say: WELCOME TO HEIDELBERG.

There is one more thing to say: We met so many hard working people and therefore a “special thank you” to Nele, Debbie (as HOC) and Milena, Katha, Eva, Robin and Christian – it was a pleasure working with you.
